Refund Policy

With each item, we strive to ensure the highest quality design and print. Because each item is custom made and may utilize different materials/methods, we offer a 7-10 day calendar days discount in which you will receive a refund of half-price of the item(s) if you are not satisfied with your item due to a defect or flaw on our end. Simply reach out via email explaining the problem along with a photo of the item. Our quality team will review it and respond via email of refund status or if more details are needed.
